The 2008 Pump Industry Awards were designed to honor those companies and individuals who achieve the highest standards and best practices in areas of manufacture and supply, including innovation, energy savings, sales growth and customer care. ERI was given the award based on its successful product development efforts for its PX Pressure Exchanger energy recovery device: a rotary positive displacement pump that recovers energy from the high pressure reject stream of seawater reverse osmosis systems at up to 98% efficiency.
