Fans of the Boston Red Sox and Colorado Rockies are hungry for a World Series Championship and ARAMARK will be on the front lines at both ballparks fueling their team spirit and feeding their appetites. As the food and beverage provider at both ballparks, ARAMARK’s world class, World Series menus reflect the distinct tastes and familiar flavors of Boston and Denver. ARAMARK also manages the retail merchandise and facilities services for both teams.
The players and action on the field may be the main attraction, but ARAMARK’s culinary teams in Boston and Denver are ready to put on a show of their own. ARAMARK executive chefs and division managers will use the World Series to highlight their culinary innovation and menus that have energized fans throughout the regular season and post-season.
“As a premier sporting event, the World Series is an opportunity to showcase our culinary talent and offerings for Red Sox and Rockies fans, as well as for fans from across the league and around the world that will be attending games at Fenway Park and Coors Field,” said Ned Paynter, Executive Vice President, ARAMARK Stadiums & Arenas.
In Boston, fans can choose from a wide variety of traditional and local favorites, including freshly made lobster rolls, New England clam chowder and baseball’s most famous hot dog, the Fenway Frank.
Coors Field’s menu features favorites such as Blake Street Burritos, the Rockie Dog – its own signature foot long hot dog topped with sauerkraut, grilled peppers and onions – and the distinctly Denver Rocky Mountain oyster.
Great food isn’t the only thing ARAMARK provides at Fenway Park and Coors Field. The company also operates the teams’ retail stores and manages their facilities services. ARAMARK has worked closely with Major League Baseball and MLB licensed vendors to offer exclusive post-season and World Series merchandise, available only at the stadiums’ stores and kiosks. ARAMARK facilities services employees have also been working diligently to power wash seats, clean concourses and vacuum suites to ensure each venue is spotless for fans and sparkles for television cameras.
