The Royalty Network announces the initial launch of its exclusive event, SampleFest. NEW YORK - Sept. 17, 2015 - PRLog -- The Royalty Network announces the initial launch of its exclusive event, SampleFest.
SampleFest is a, by invitation only, event taking place on Monday, September 28th at Parlor in New York City. Royalty Network is offering a unique opportunity to sample hit songs from its catalog on which it controls 100% of the Composition and Publishing rights, with a pre cleared guaranteed split of 33.33% for itself and 66.67% being available for the Producer. All the available songs are commercially released hits, NOT library music.
The songs offered at SampleFest are from varied genres of hit material, including well known pieces, such as the classic "Kung Fu Fighting" by Carl Douglas, as well as the chart topping and very well known Reggae piece, "Bam Bam" by Sister Nancy, amongst many others. The Royalty Network's catalog of often sampled works, have recently appeared on releases by Kendrick Lamar, Drake, Kanye West, The Black Eyed Peas, and more.
“We view this as an extremely unique idea and offering. We're not aware of any other company offering pre-determined splits (without regard to the amount being sampled) on well known commercially released songs. The Royalty Network is in a unique position of controlling both sides (Master and Composition) of such successful material. Creatively working our catalog and generating new revenue sources for our clients is always at the fore of our company's mission” said Frank Liwall, Royalty Network's President.
