Cannabis Sativa, Inc. (OTCQB:CBDS) (referred to collectively with its subsidiaries as “CBDS”) announced today its “hi” brand is already in 15 retail locations in Washington State with three of its signature products.
Cannabis Sativa’s “hi” brand has experienced brisk initial wholesale demand in the first two weeks of products being introduced to the market.
“This was just our first small test batch,” said Cannabis Sativa, Inc., Sales Manager, Michael Pickens. “Baked Botanicals has a distribution network of 67 stores in Washington State and is currently the leader in baked edible sales,” said Pickens.
Thanks to the 12,600 square foot production facility operated by Baked Botanicals, it has ample facilities to ramp up to full production with its products.
Stesha Ries, owner and operator of Baked Botanicals has paved the way for the first to market Cannabis Sativa branded topicals, “hi-releaf” and “hi-recover”. Baked Botanicals also produces a cannabis infused lozenge, “hi-jewels.”
“I am not surprised at the positive response to these products,” said Chairman of the Board Steve Kubby.
Response to the lozenge and topical relief products even includes an endorsement by former United States Senator Mike Gravel. Gravel, who serves on the Board of Directors for CBDS, says that he “has experienced extraordinary relief after using the lozenge and relief topical.”
Cannabis Sativa, Inc. is engaged through its recently acquired subsidiary, Kush, in the research, development and licensing of specialized natural cannabis products, including cannabis formulas, edibles, topicals, strains, recipes and delivery systems. CBDS also offers the Skin Garden line of cosmetic products through its subsidiary, Wild Earth Naturals, which are designed to use organic and natural ingredients, including hemp seed oil, to benefit inner wellbeing as well as outward appearance.
