Allied World North America and the American Professional Agency Launch Program for Social Workers

Allied World Assurance Company Holdings, AG announced today that Allied World North America and the American Professional Agency, Inc. (the “APA”) have launched a new insurance program for social workers that provides professional liability and general business liability coverage, as well as coverage for defense expenses related disciplinary and licensing to proceedings. This new program is designed for social workers who hold MSW, DSW, MA or MS degrees in the field of social work from an accredited school or social workers who hold a BSW degree and are supervised by a professional with a master’s degree or higher in the mental health field.
