NEW YORK, Sept. 12, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Ecopetrol (NYSE: EC; BVC: ECOPETROL; BVL: EC; TSX: ECP), Colombia's largest company, will host an investor luncheon in New York City on Wednesday September 14, 2011. Top management, including Chief Executive Officer Javier Gutierrez and Chief Financial Officer Adriana Echeverri, will present on the company's operational and financial results, as well as its strategic plan, and take questions from investors and analysts.
The event will be held at the New York Plaza Hotel, at Central Park South and 5th Avenue. The event will begin at 11am ET and last until 2pm ET.
Later in the day, Ecopetrol management will ring the closing bell at the New York Stock Exchange.
