Truist’s One Team Fund provides short-term financial assistance to help teammates recover from natural disasters, unexpected hardships and family emergencies. In response to COVID-19, the Truist Foundation contributed $4 for every $1 that Truist teammates donated to the One Team Fund. The fund has been a critical component of Truist’s teammate support during this difficult time, alongside additional paid time off, financial bonuses, workplace flexibility and family care benefits.
