The All ADIDAS Affair Part II
December 13, 2010 at 22:40 PM EST
After a sellout success this past summer, it only seems sensible to host Part Two of The ADIDAS Affair social party and benefit fundraiser sponsored by the ADIDAS Store in Georgetown, DC and hosted by Brandon Bull, Greg Spence, and Daryl Martin.
Adidas. The brand is no stranger to fashion hunters everywhere. Founded in 1948, this German-based sports apparel manufacturer remains one of the largest global phenomena in the retail industry and is one the most coveted brands among diverse consumers. One particular consumer whose wardrobe spells Adidas on any given day is Baltimore’s own Brandon Bull who is known to be a popular social connoisseur and event planner. As a result of combining his love for Adidas and his niche for party planning, he (along with Daryl Martin) decided to host Baltimore’s first official All Adidas Affair during the summer of 2010. This event required all attendees to wear nothing other than their best Adidas ensemble from head to toe. This concept gained favorable response with the management staff at the Adidas Store in Washington D.C.’s artsy Georgetown community; thus leading them to be one of the major sponsors for this event. As an incentive for party attendees to purchase their best and most fashionable Adidas attire, The Adidas Store will be giving away gift cards valued at $25 to be used at any Adidas Store with the pre-purchase of tickets. Sports Mart located at 311 North Exeter Street in Downtown Baltimore will be giving customers $15 to $20 off any purchase of Adidas apparel and athletic wear. Both offers expire January 8, 2011. Tickets can be purchased at the Natrulze Barber Shop and Salon located at 2203 North Charles Street in Baltimore, Maryland.
This event will be comprised of music, live entertainment, and a B-Boy breaking dancing and interpretative art showcase called THE DOCUMENT. A portion of the proceeds will be used to purchase food, donate blankets and clothing to less fortunate families and children residing in the Garden Village and Goodnow Developments of East Baltimore.
